Semasa berucap di Majlis Perjumpaan Idil Fitri, 2 Syawal, MB Kelantan dengan bangganya sekali lagi bercakap mengenai projek 'bertaraf dunia' Kelantan - perniagaan karbon menerusi SEJUTA EKAR HUTAN SIMPAN (HSK) diluluskan kepada Climate Protector Sdn Bhd.
Tiga hari sebelum itu, iaitu pada 23 Jun, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) menerusi laman webnya, menyenaraikan Climate Protector dan sekutunya, EcoBit sebagai beroperasi tanpa kelulusan BNM. http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php… . Ucapan MB adalah pada 26 Jun.
MB tidak memandang berat kenyataan BNM itu? Sehingga ucapannya tidak mengambil kira pengumuman BNM.
Rakyat berhak untuk mengetahui samada langkah Climate Protector yang beralamat di Berek 12, Kota Bharu menggunakan kelulusan sejuta ekar HSK itu dengan mengutip wang orang ramai dengan menjual token atau apa yang didakwa cryptocurrency dipersetujui oleh Kerajaan Kelantan atau tidak.
Pertama, syarikat mengutip wang secara haram menggunakan kelulusan Kerajaan Negeri?
Kedua, orang ramai mungkin menjadi mangsa kepada skim penipuan?
Ketiga, syarikat mendapat untung percuma?
Jika ya, adakah Kerajaan Kelantan turut menjadi mangsa atau bersubahat?
A) KAITAN ANTARA KERAJAAN KELANTAN - CLIMATE PROTECTOR DAN ECOBIT
1. Laman web EcoBit, www:ecobit.io/ jelas menyandarkan aktiviti mereka kepada perjanjian 9 Januari 2017 yang ditandatangani oleh Kerajaan Kelantan dan CP serta foto-foto majlis itu dimuatkan dalam laman berkenaan.
Petikan berikut dari laman itu menunjukkan gunaan kelulusan Kerajaan Negeri kepada Climate Protector untuk aktiviti EcoBit:
